Help and questions
Support
Support here is email, and nothing else. No ticket system, no portal, no account to log in to — you write, and you get a reply from the person who wrote the plugin.
I read every mail that arrives. Most get an answer the same day or the next working one; the terms commit to a few business days, which is the promise rather than the habit. If a question needs digging, you hear that too, rather than nothing.
Three things make a first reply useful instead of a request for more detail: which plugin, which version of it (the Plugins screen in WP Admin shows it), and what you saw — the screen, the message, what you expected instead. A screenshot says most of that in one go.
Licence questions are support too, and they are welcome: a key that will not activate, a key you have lost, a renewal, a refund inside the fourteen days. Those go quicker if you write from the address you paid with.
The docs cover each plugin page by page, and the FAQ has the short answers to what gets asked most. If the answer is there, you have it now instead of tomorrow — and if it is not, write anyway. That is what the address is for.
